patches: style, multi calendar merged

    added features:

    • style of calendar (/-stroke on transitions days) ![gradient](gradient_day.png)
    • week start on monday (optional)
    • available days green (optional)
    • translation: manuell fields for “(un)-available night”
    • translation: automatic month/weekday
    • caching feed (optional)
    • caching feed & diretly load, without extra request
    • multiple calendar in single line: e.g. example.com/ical1.ics example.com/ical2.ics example.com/ical3.ics
    • will be merged
    • shows partly-free days (optional)
    • disabled (only here): click popup in admin-View
    • technical features: check url (a lower securtiy reason) / forward HTTP-Status code

    important: Id you manually install the .zip file, you will NOT get anymore updates of this origin plugin.

    It’s a little bit confusing… cause there a two different Versions.
    The second version “fourth-color” is just for this special case of: a house, with two flats.

    Hey wow that is fantastic! Thank you for all the extra work. I will integrate it when I get some extra time.

    I have an updated version that some people are testing. I have eliminated the AJAX and have the php code place the ical data directly into the javascript code after it downloads it from the ical server. There were too many security issues with AJAX on some peoples web hosts.

    I can send you a beta if you are interested.
