• The portfolio from 10Web plug-ins looks amazing. Many options and the ability to create simple yet beautiful sites – this is the reason I bought the pro package of their plug-ins and was super excited to use it on my site.

    That said, once I downloaded it I was not able to get the photogallery to work with my site, and seeing as I’m a photographer, this was a big problem. Regardless of the settings I chose, when I used the shortcode the gallery images would display in a single column, with weird blocks hanging off which were whatever I selected as a background colour. Same results when using the widget. I contacted support, which comes with the pro version. I found communications to be very slow (was getting responses in the middle of the night, I’m Pacific Standard Time, Vancouver, BC) and since I was on a tight schedule I ended up just buying a different plug-in as a quick fix.

    I asked for my money back since it was not working for my needs – they initially declined but after leaving a review of my experience I was contacted again by a customer service representative that apologized and quickly issued a refund. I was thankful and adjusted my review at that time to 4 stars (didn’t work for me, but they issues a refund).

    Now, over a year later I get an email my credit card is expiring… turns out, despite asking to cancel my plan and issue a refund, they gave been billing me every 6 months without sending out any kind of invoice (I checked my junk mail too). Long story short, STAY AWAY!
