Unable to see data in Google Analytics

We did a quick look of your store & found the following outcomes:

1. You haven’t enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code” option from our plugin. We are using gtag.js so you need to enable it from your it. Also, disable other google analytics plugin to avoid data discrepancy.

2. Are you using Child theme on your store?

Thanks for quick response. Really appreciate it. I enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code”. By Google Analytics, https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js I have inserted the script manually. Does that impact someshow ?

No,it is not child theme.

We did a quick look of your store and found that our plugin is working properly. But Since your checkout is customized our plugin won’t work on this page.

Additionally, remove another analytics script which you have inserted manually to avoid data discrepancy.

It is not a customized checkout page, rather it is provided by Klarna Checkout plugin. I have already commented out google tag manger script.

Doesn’t Google analytical script run in WooCommerce’s ‘Thank you’ page with all transaction and other details?

Hi @kabirajlamichhane,

Our plugin only supports standard woocommerce chekout page. So, Klarna checkout plugin won’t compatible with our plugin.

Regarding transaction page, We are unable to test it due to payment method.

Additionally, you have commented google tag manager script but you haven’t remove univeral analytics script from your site(Screenshot).

Thanks you pointing out the issues, I have resolved issue now. Since I was using same script in development server,that might have also trigger the issue( now removed).

It is working now.
