All autocomplete fields are set to ’email’

Hi,

This is a nice plugin you have made which fills a gap for someone wanting to just extend the registration fields.

There is one issue, when using autocomplete all billing fields were being were being filled with the email address. When I used inspect element to check the code, it shows all fields defaulting to email for autocomplete. Please take a look at this.
