Plug in ‘links for all’

  • Can anyone help me find a plugin that will allow users of my website to add a link to a ‘links page’ where they run a similar organisation, ‘community centres’. I need something where the link has to be authorised and has some sort of captcha to help stop spam.

    I need them to be able Contact details, Address, website etc.

    I have tried searching but doent seem to be putting in the correct description as results are disappointing
