Hi! We are a lot of people with the same problem. That error is caused because the site is making way too many calls to the API, and they don’t work. Or also because you didn’t have sales with the API in the last 30 days.

I am having this problem too since december, when my visits raised near 1000 a day, and tested lots of things. But some of you said you had not so many visits.
Currently I started tracking the errors in a log, and there are really way too much. There are more than 10.000 errors in the log for today, and only 300 visitors and 413 viewed pages by this time. More than 8.000 of those errors come from the cache.
(I have only 363 Posts, and not all of them have links to amazon using the API, as I have searched, only 125 of them have links and some are not with the API).
I am trying now removing lots of links (I noticed that I had a lot, but anyway I still think they are not so much to cause this, because it also happened with 2 people online), and added a caché plugin to try to avoid some calls… but still no luck. I can’t search and the images and links aren’t shown at frontend (or only sometimes, or only some of them).
I am sharing this info so maybe it can help others or the developers so they can solve it.
I hope they are trying to solve this somehow and can give us an answer soon.
