Links not clickable in review registration

Hi there;
Having problems with links not being clickable in the review registration details screen

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6d6v7o399qlt4xq/AADUDfBf7v2UA6uRhuephgz0a?dl=0Qualifications file and experience file aren’t clickable (if I copy and paste the url, the file opens). The approach file is clickable, but can only be opened if I right click and open in new tab
