WP-o-Matic Not Caching Images

I know everybody has trouble with the caching. But all my permissions are set up correctly. The folders exist in the right places. What is left to prevent images from caching? Or at least tell me what it would look like if the caching was working right so I know if I am missing something important. Basically I want the image it grabs to be uploaded to my own server. Is that what it does?
