Receive email Blank (Empty Subject & Body Content)

    Hi I am using WP wp_version = 4.9.9 and wp email users Version 1.6.6
    Issue: Received email has blank ‘subject’ and ‘content body’.
    I have all file checking, and all plugin deactivate,but problem remain same.

    Please Help me. How do fix this issue.
