That is strange. We had two follow up questions:
1) Has the “Options” tab ever worked for you (have you ever been able to view the content in that section)?
2) In case it is caused by a conflict with another plugin: Could you try deactivating all plugins except for Ultimate FAQs?
To do this, go to the menu on the left, click “Plugins” and click “Deactivate” on all listings except for Ultimate FAQ.

After that, try accessing the Options tab content.
– If it appears, then reactivate your plugins one by one to see which may be causing the issue.
– If it is still missing, please let us know.
