Support takes too long to reply

I am dealing with a PARSE ERROR: SYNTAX ERROR, UNEXPECTED ‘PROTECTED’ (T_PROTECTED) IN /WORDPRESS/WP-CONTENT/PLUGINS/SHUTTLE-PANELS/INC/RENDERER-LEGACY.PHP ON LINE 160
It has taken some time. I tell you right away, if you do not have a pro version and if you are not an agent, then you need to wait. Finally it got fixed but I sent several mails for this.
