    The button is the round state of Michigan button in the upper right corner. It should open a popup, but all I get is javascript:void(0);

    I would be happy to give you admin access if that would help solve the issue.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    More information — I am trying to open a popup with the button. I have left the url field blank added this code to the extra classes field in the Advanced section: popmake-transparency-reporting

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’d recommend to check your popup plugin to see how this exactly should be done.

    I can see the Button just fine, but your page doesn’t load any code with regard to the popup. Maybe you need to include something to add the popup itself, refresh the cache or something like that.

    I followed the instructions here: https://maxbuttons.com/how-to-open-a-popup-when-a-user-clicks-a-button-in-wordpress/

    I also cleared my cache, reloaded the page and tried it in a different browser.

    Any other suggestions?

    I can see something different happing now, the button trigger works now. I can also see the popup-code on that page. Seems there are some issues with the layout though.

    I can recommend making a simple test page and check if the basics are working there.

    That was a very helpful suggestion. The problem was the positioning of the popup. Thank you so much for all of your help!
