PHP 5

Talk to your host about how to use PHP5 with your hosting account.

With some hosts (see Core_Update_Host_Compatibility) could be as simple as adding AddType x-mapp-php5 .php to the .htaccess file

well it seems the plugin is the problem, host already installed PHP 5.2, plugin detecting PHP 4 for some strange reason

It may be possible then your host provides PHP4 and PHP5 so change the PHP version to 5 from hosting control panel or contact your hosting service provider..
