Attachement restriction not working

Hi,
I have a lot of attachements on my website which should only be visible for logged in users. The page which constist a list of all these files is hidden for logged out users, but the attachements themselves can be accessed via direct link/Google for logged out users.
In settings I’ve enabled the ‘attachement’ restriction and for the specific attachement I’ve indicated that it should only be accessible by logged in users (editors, authors, contributors and subscribers). Logged out users should be redirected to the login page, according to my settings. However, when I try to directly access the URL of the attachement (which is https://www.sportfysio-oost.nl/voor-leden/physical-rehabilitation-trainer/prt-3-bindweefsel-en-immobilisatie/ as permalink and https://www.sportfysio-oost.nl/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/PRT-3-BINDWEEFSEL-EN-IMMOBILISATIE.doc as file URL), I still can access it when logged out.
What am I overlooking?
