Download Backupwp-zip file stops at ca. 30%

Since a few months me and several friends have a problem downloading the backup Zip file.
If we click on download It starts until ca 30/40% en then stops.
We have it on serveral PC’s Windows 10, Win XP etc. Also with Edge,Chrome,Fizilla.
Firewall and Antivirus disconnected. If we download it with another FTP programm there are no problems. Please Help.
