    Hi

When I try to subscribe with the form (shortcode) I only get this error message:

    Oops.. Unexpected error occurred.

But everything worked when I installed the plugin two days ago. I have not installed any other plugin, updated anything or changed the settings. So pretty weird. Any idea why it suddenly stopped working?

    Thanks!

I’ve started getting this too, using your Email Subscribers Widget, after your most recent update.

Also, I now see this on your plugin’s wordpress page, even though your update is only a week old:

“Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”

My Wordrpress version is current, 5.0.3 .

    Fix quick, please!

    Thanks (love your plugin!)

Hi… would be great with support for this… I really appears to be a bug of some sort…?

    Hi @niwin @danfrankdancom

Sorry for the delayed response. I would like to update you that this is caused by either of the two issues. If your browser is really outdated or because of some plugin conflict.

Can you try to submit the form in the different browser/device, please?

If still, it doesn’t work, please temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Email Subscribers and have a recheck on the issue.

Hope this helps you. Please let me know your views.

    Best,
    Aditya Shah

    No problem!

Now that I try it does appear to work. I deactivated a plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/open-in-new-window-plugin/), as I have had trouble recently with this (on another issue). Not sure if it is related, because this was activated before, when it worked… anyway. It does work now – in different browsers. So all good for now!

    Hi again

Same problem, again. And again: no new plugins isntalled, and no updated done. Haven’t done anything to the site. So: how can it be a plugin conflict, when it just works one day, and then stops working the next? If it was a conflict, it shouldn’t work at all, no?

Stressed out by this. What to do?

hmm… it appears to be related to my cache plugin:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cache-enabler/

Trying another cache plugin, see if the problem disappears.

I am also having this issue. The “oops” error. On this page:
    https://journeywithaudra.com/

The site is setup with cloudflare, and I have tried purging the cache and enabling development within cloudflare, to no avail.

We have released ES 4.0.6. Please check with this. It should fix this issue.
