Woocommerce My account clash with Alobaidi Captcha Plugin

    Hello all, The Alobaidi Captcha works well for WP Admin but clashes with Woocommerce my account page. It keeps asking “please enter total” and does not sign on the user. Tried deactivating/deleting by renaming the Alobaidi plugin file on server/ Used settings provided by the Alobaidi plugin to disable captcha for login form. Nothing worked – it went into loops with multiple redirects. This is a serious blocker for users trying to login or register in the website. i am a newbie to WordPress. Kindly help to fix this issue as to how to disable or remove the Alobaidi captcha without affecting the website and Woocommerce plugin. thanks

    Hi @poornimask,

    I’d recommend reaching out to the development team for the Alobaidi plugin for assistance with this as this is an issue with that plugin and not with WooCommerce.

    If you’re not able to get a hold of them, you may want to consider another captcha solution as that plugin hasn’t seen any updates in the last 1 year and there’s a possibility that it is not being actively developed or maintained.

    I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
