I’ve disabled auto-ads yesterday. Actually, I just got verified on Adsense. I’m not even turn on the auto-ads yet but it seems like it just put whenever it want after I got verified. I don’t want that. I want to put whenever I want manually.

So, I just turn off the auto-ads even though I’m not putting any of its code yet. Seems to be working on the articles. Only the manual ones appeared but one ads that is from the auto-ads bug yesterday is not dissapear yet, that is on the header! I don’t want that! Nobody wants that!

Can anyone tells me how to remove it???

“auto-ads” is not a feature of WordPress, there is no advertising functionality built into WordPress.

What is the name of the plugin you’re using to provide that?

To provide the ads…? I don’t use any plugins. I just got verified on Adsense and it suddenly becomes like this (Ads on header)

Ok, then how did you get verified?

Nothing in WordPress automatically adds ads, so how are they being added?

How do I get verified?? Well, I sign up for Adsense as usual. After a month, I got accepted and yesterday when I want to create new ads, (manually, like a typical ad) it shows everything automatically. Including on the header. I don’t want that.

WordPress does not just magically display your Adsense ads.

There is nothing for ads built into WordPress.

What are you using to display the ads on your site?

I’d love to help you with this, or at least point you in the right direct, but I need to know how you’ve added the ads to your site in the first place.

That’s the thing, really. I don’t use anything to display the ads. I use the basic text editor to put the ads I created myself and it’s alright but the header ads, I don’t even make anything to enable it.

Ah, finally fixed it~ Just remove the verification code!

    Thanks for your help though!
