Listings Not Updating – ERROR

    Hi I have been trying to re-list a number of my products and been unable to because I keep getting an error saying that my images are too small and need to be minimum 500px on the longest side.

    Admittedly some of my images were smaller than this however I have now fixed through uploading larger images to my site and then regenerating all the thumbnails. I have also cleared all caches but I am still getting the same error when I try to relist the products again.

    I have tried waiting a few days just in case it was an error on Ebays side but to no avail.

    Again just to clarify – All of my images are over 500px long on the longest side as per Ebays guidlelines but I am still getting this error.

    Please assist – This is driving me mad!

    Hey @greggreghowardgallery

    I have found clearing the EPS cache fixes this issue.

    Try this, select those problematic listings on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister and select “Clear EPS Cache” in the bulk action drop down menu and click “Apply”. Then try publishing/verifying the listings again.

    If that fails to work, please open a support ticket and provide your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, and a sample SKU we can examine for you.

    Thanks for that. Managed to find a workaround before I received your reply which was to click the reset ended items button then verify and prepare the listings again.
