    I just installed and programmed Support Candy, but I don’t have the list of tickets on the backend interface, on my admin account…

    Do I have to set something?

    Hello,

    Only support staff can see ticket list on backend. Please add user to support staff in setting Support > Support Agent. After that refresh the page.

    On the administrator account of my site I am also an administrator in the list of agents.

    This is not enough to see the list?

    Hello,

    Please try removing agent and again add as an administrator. If problem still persists, please create ticket on our website. One of our agent will help you as soon as possible.
