Posts with many comments stopped loading

    I tried this plugin and saw a 5 point increase in my Google PageSpeed score. And the related “defer offscreen images” warning in PageSpeed Insights disappeared. ??

    However, a day after I activated the plugin, I noticed that posts of mine with many comments (I only checked the 3 posts with the most comments) stopped loading entirely.

    As soon as I removed the plugin and cleared my cache (to be safe), all pages started loading ok again.

    Can you tell me how many comments are on those pages?

    Hi, the 3 posts I checked all had over 300 comments. They stopped loading entirely.

    I tried using the plugin twice, but same issue each time so now removed ??

    Other posts with less than 50-100 comments loaded ok, but I did not check posts with between 100-300 comments.

    Sorry about this issue.

    Do you think you can share the URLs of the pages affected? We would like to have a look at the source code and test our code against it to see where it is failing.

    That would be very helpful to improve the plugin.

    Hi I do not want to post my site link here, but I use the WordPress Twenty Thirteen theme. You can try to test your plugin on that theme for posts with several hundred comments or more. Thanks.

    Well, I have a problem with receiving 5 comments in a certain period of time which I believe is abused or spam. the post used default comments from WP, without any plugin

    I don’t know that is it
