Top menu items not linking

    I installed Dignify for a sign website we are working on. When I set up the primary menu, everything worked fine until I added sub-menu items – then the top menu link suddenly wouldn’t link.

    For example, just a single menu item links to this: https://www.thebiznessedge.com/bei_signs/interior-signs/

    But as soon as you add sub-menu items below it shows as this:
    https://www.thebiznessedge.com/bei_signs/#

    The sub-menu items all link to their respective pages just fine, but I need those top menu items to link to the broader categories.

    I’ve never seen a menu behave like this. Is there a patch?
