Issues with new Folders Column

Hello,

Great plugin.

Just updated to 2.02. Am seeing a new Folders Column, between the regular WordPress menu and the actual pages I’m grouping via folders. Please see page with screenshots: https://healthyshoppingchoices.com/new-feature-of-page-folders-plugin/

1. There seems to be an issue with the way the column displays when the Collapse Menu option (bottom of WordPress menu) is used.
2. Though some may appreciate the clean aesthetics of the column, I would like to make it go away. Doesn’t fit my workflow, and I don’t wish to give up the screen area to it, even at it’s narrowest setting.

   The visual appearance overwhelms the listing of the various items in the folders. It’s as if the folder column shouts, but the list of pages whispers, in comparison.

   That column is even there when I list by Pages, rather than Folders. Really wish I could go back to the previous version. For my purposes, I find the new column really annoying.

Is there a way to make the column go away? If not, I’ll need to search for a different solution. Thank you.
