Conflict with WooCommerce Payment Gateway Based Fees

    Hi there,
    I have the WooCommerce Payment Gateway Based Fees plugin set up to apply a fee to credit card transactions.
    However these are also being applied to the Oxipay gateway at checkout.

    I can apply a fee to any other gateway without anything happening to Oxipay, but applying one to credit card also applies to Oxipay.

    Any idea why this might be happening?
