Adds menu item to admin menu

    I’m using this plugin on some site with WordPress and on the new ClassicPress.

    On ClassicPress based sites the Sites admin menu is indented because the a sub menu item added by your plugin. It looks like this is a bug of the emr_menu function in the enable-media-replace.php because there’s a NULL parameter for the $parent_slug parameter.

    For me it works if I’m changing NULL to 'upload.php'.

    Please make the plugin compatible to ClassicPress, too.
