Uploads file is not backing up

    Dears,

    I have a problem while making a full backup it gives me that the backup is done with some errors and when downloading the uploads file, I found out that it keeps making a corrupt file for that.

    Hope I tackled everything, waiting for your kind reply.

    Hi Ahmed,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi Ahmed,

    The log shows following error:

    Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).

    Can you please check if the uploads folder and files inside uploads folder has proper permissions set?
