    1. Letters when creating an account letters do not come.
    2. When you delete an account, two letters arrive at once.
    3. When reactivated, the user receives an email as during registration, but there is a corresponding email template.

    If someone can provide paid services, please write.

    Hi @yraa,

    Do you use SMTP plugin? If you don’t use one you can try to install an SMTP plugin and see if it helps.
    Make sure that you have the latest version of the Ultimate member plugin installed.
    Please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with one of your plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I don’t think I need any plugin, this is a problem in your plugin. I have the latest version installed. I think this problem is not only for me. Are you going to decide this? Or I need paid help.
