    Hi, we have the plugin on our website and suddenly some images are dissapear on the front, then we see that de URL of these images are chaged by …/uploads/ultimatemember/temp/some-image.png

    we know that a few months ago there were vulnerability problems with this directory, so we greatly appreciated your indications on this, thank you very much.

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please make sure to install the latest 2.0.39 version.
    This issue is very likely caused by your server/database.

    Have you moved your website to a new server or restored from a backup?

    Yes, we had the latest version 2.0.39 on the web during the problem.

    Before or during the error of changing URLs, we have not moved our server files or restored them.

    Could this problem be a remnant of the previous vulnerability plug-in?

    at this moment we are restoring the images one by one, since the /temp/ directory is empty and the images have been lost.

    Can you recommend something to prevent this problem again or solve it?

    Hi @miguelfr1208,

    We haven’t had any reports about similar issues from other users.
    Previous vulnerabilities were fixed and I don’t think your issue is connected.
    You can restore your files from the backup, almost all hosting providers backup your data daily. Please contact your hosting provider if you are not sure how to restore your website or data from backup.

    Do you have any optimization plugins installed e.g. image optimization etc.?
