• I work with a few YITH plugins and can say one thing, they all suck though they offer neat features. I am constantly in a fight getting them to do what is needed on most of my customer sites as well as my own.

The customer service sucks, response times are long and I usually wind up finding a workaround myself.

We recently ran into an issue where an old plugin we don’t use anymore was auto billed to YITH, we contacted them and they basically told us “tough luck”. So out $40 there.

Basically, we are moving everyone away at the moment from any YITH product we can, hopefully, they get their stuff together in the future.
