How to enable delivery confirmation as default?

  • All our parcels should be with delivery confirmation after we printed out the lable.
    Actually we need to enable it at every order.
    How is it possible to enable it automatically as default for all orders?

    Are you referring to sending the tracking number in an email? If so, do you want it in the “Completed” email or any email will do?

    Yes, I want to send tracking numbers to customer by default, instaed of activating it manually on the right side.
    I can be in any email or the ?Completed“ email, like it will be send out actually.

    The tracking numbers should be added automatically in the notes and then the “Note Email” is sent to the customer. Is this not happening on your site?
