Non-static method WP_Feed_Cache::create() should not be called statically

check if your version of PHP is 5.6 or bigger, also we did a little fix in this plugin file yith-paypal-express-checkout-for-woocommerce/plugin-fw/lib/yith-dashboard.php, you can download it from here and replace it on your server

my version of PHP is 7.3.2

I downloaded and replaced the file on one of my servers mirror, the result is always the same in backend, the front-end it works as before.
