I have installed, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and am not able to get it to activate. When I click the activate link, WordPress says the plugin has been activated but it still shows inactive in the list.

    Hi athanasiusrc,

Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

Are you on the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP and do you see any error or warning messages on top of the page when trying to activate the plugin?

    All the best,
    Eva

We are on WP 5 and PHP 7.2. There are no error messages. In fact, it says that the plugin was activated.

Weird, that is not something we have ever experienced before.

And you are not seeing this in the WP admin menu?

No we don’t see the side bar. We also had our developer check the logs and he didn’t see any error messages related to your plugin. We have added other plugins without a problem so it isn’t a general issue.

    Hi athanasiusrc,

We cannot reproduce the issue at hand on our side, it all works just fine.

    Some more questions:
    – it could be caused by a conflict with another plugin. Have you tried disabling your other plugin’s one-by-one to see if that results in our plugin to show in the menu?
    – are you running a multisite WP install?

Yesterday the plugin suddenly showed up on the side bar so we built two feeds that seem to be working.
