Previews before lightbox are blurry

  • I’m testing the PRO version of this before I buy, and I am disappointed currently. I like the functionality, but all of the previews on this page are coming up blurry before you select an image for the lightbox. Is there a setting to fix this?

  • Well, that’s because you selected the thumbnail size before adding the images. 150×150 is really small, I suggest to increase the size, at least 300×300.

    If you want to keep that size I suggest to remove the images, select medium size (300×300) and then use a lower Image size factor value (General settings). That way you’ll keep the image small but crisper.

    Okay, I just retried uploading both as medium and large, and both are still coming up blurry, even with a lower image size factor value. I don’t understand what’s happening, because it’s crisp when they’re clicked on for the lightbox. I want them as a medium size, but no matter what I do, they come out blurry.
