Registration Page not loading

Can you enable the registration page so I can see what’s going on?

If your theme is using a page loader, it means it’s powered by javascript and if the loader doesn’t disappear, it’s high likely there’s a php fatal error somewhere in that page that’s preventing the page to fully load, hence why the loader stays visible.

Just out of interest, can you please go in Users -> custom fields and Users -> registration forms and see if there’s fields and forms in there? If not, please read here how to fix it https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-on-account-page/#post-11244135

If you look on the website now, I have enabled the page! I have also updated the plugin and now can access the page when not logged in but have the issue now of “The registration form cannot be used because either a username or email field is required to process registrations. Please edit the form and add at least the email field. https://www.industrialontologies.org/wp-admin/users.php?page=wpum-registration-forms#/”.

You have to do what the message says. Your registration form does not have any fields. Click on that link and add fields to the form.

When I press that link it takes me to the registration page but on that page there is no option to add forms. Sorry I didn’t mention that earlier!

Have you updated WPUM to the latest version? If you don’t see any forms it’s high likely WPUM did not install it’s default data. The latest release will show you a message in the admin panel if that’s the case.

Yes, it has been updated to the latest version. I do not see a message in the admin panel!
