Unable to locate WP content ( Can’t install plugin from admin)

  • I use WP 2.8, my problem is i can’t installed plugin and upgrade plugin from my admin page. It always show messege like this :
    Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).
    my localhost, username and password are correct.
    Are there any solutions?
