    Hi guys,

every Sunday I have a backup scheduled. The software I use for that is BackWPup Pro. For the past 2 weeks it has been throwing errors about links to webp pics, that are somehow faulty. They point to pictures I have uploaded and used in posts during last week. Last Sunday I had deleted the links. I uploaded a screenshot of the error message. Any ideas on that?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @fethomm thank you for your message and for using ShortPixel! ??

I’m not sure what you mean by “I had deleted the links”: do you mean you deleted the files on disk?
The files that BackWPup Pro tries to add to backup, do they actually exist on disk and are accessible to BackWPup Pro?

To me it looks like this issue isn’t related to ShortPixel, you may want to contact the creators of BackWPup Pro for further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Alex

    Hi,

I probably did not explain myself too good, as I was in a hurry. The coloured links that are pointed out in the screenshot, lead to nothing (any more). There is nothing at the location. So my guess is that this has to do with ShortPixel in some way. I cannot see how this would be a problem with the packup app. It just points out that there is nothing there to backup behind these links. If you need to get into the backend of my WP, just let me know.

    regards
    Ferdinand
