    Do not get it – Link is a Link, why should I use a plugin which consumes ressources to setup internal links?
    Then I have to use a plugin how to eliminate plugins because of bandwith…

    You can save a lot of time by setting the links automatically. For example: With the help of this plugin you do not have to edit every single article if you publish a new article and you want the new one to be linked from all your existing articles. You just need to provide the keywords and the URL. And btw: During development, we pay attention to an implementation that is as resource-efficient as possible.
