    Hello,

    Since yesterday I have unknown visitors with the same IP (127.0.0.1)

    I updated the geoip and database but I still have the same error.

    Can you help me with that?

    first update again GEOIP database in admin.php?page=wps_settings_page [external tab].

    then check exist files GeoLite2-Country.mmdb and GeoLite2-City.mmdb in
    wp-content\uploads\wp-statistics folder in your host.

    I updated again the GEOIP databases
    I checked if the files exist, they are present
    but I still have the same issue, unknown with same IP

    Like you stated on another post, I deleted geoip and country files in /content/uploads/statistics/
    then I reactivated both, but geoip can’t be enabled, and the file in uploads/statistics is not present! I checked 3 times, but still the same issue. Please fix this.
