Author blog link shows my LOGIN name!

  • Hello,

    I know that it’s not related to Wordfence but.. I have found something strange in the WordPress Blog.

    I the admin of my blog and, when I write a post, you see me as the Author. Ad you read “NAME SURNAME”. Ok.. but, if you put the mouse over the link, the link is https://www.mywebsite.com/author/MY-LOGIN-NAME!

    So, you are able to kno wmy login name!
    How can be possible??? and, how can I change this behavior?

    is it correct?

    But it’s strange the WORDPRESS has so bad, bad behavior by default, don’t you think???
    We speak about security every day and WP can show our USER name so easily… I’m shocked.. O_O

    A decade ago I was so naive as you are today. I was arguing with moderators saying that’s no good. They kept saying a strong password is a king. Finally they marked my previous account as a spammer.
    Don’t start a fight here. You will lose.
