Registration button broke!

    I spent 4 hours on phone with hostgator trying to figure out problem. No joy. UM registration button is simply suddenly broken and does nothing. I may have to change plugins, but I don’t want to. How can I fix this? It worked great for months. Nothing has changed but suddenly stopped working! Is there help for this? Both I and hostgator have done everything we can think of. Nothing works.

    Hi @rdufresne,

    Can you please clarify what do you mean by “Stopped working”?
    Do you have required fields or conditional fields on your form?
    Please try temporary removing required fields and see if it helps.
    This issue can be also due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.

    When hostgator updated php version, the registration page woukd just blank out,reset, and collect no data and send no email. I had hostgator put me back to pre-update and it is mow working, but this remains a problem. I did the plugin test before going to earlier php version and it was not that.
