checkout page not working properly

please help, my checkout page doesn’t proceed to next step in checkout.

– using PayPal it shows internal server error ( view screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/URLcmHL)

– when i use other payment methods, it just doesn’t proceed normally.

Internal server error is a generic error message that doesn’t provide any information about the actual error.

It should create a fatal error log in WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs, perhaps you could check if it’s there and copy it for us?

Please also provide a link to a product we can test this with.

I suspect this might be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Looking at the error log I see that this seems to be related to abzer-networkonline-gateway plugin.

Can you please confirm whether the same is happening with all plugins except for WooCommerce (but including abzer-networkonline-gateway and Code snippets) disabled and a default Storefront theme?
