wordpress backend link does not work

    Hello Community,

    To be honest, I know very little about building any website and this site was created for me by a pal. That aside, I logged into the backend of my page to change the URL from englihsbydoing.de to ebd.de (bad idea?). I went to settings and then changed the link from englishbydoing.de to ebd.de. After that, I followed the link englishbydoing.de and it took me to a page not found. Same with ebd.de.

    Following that disaster, I decided to return to the backend and reset things back to where they had been prior and to my distress, I was unable to log back in as the link to the backend no longer worked. Therefore, I am stuck!

    What should I do, please?
