Offer Customer Option to Add Insurance

  • Hi
    The insurance option should be offered as an option, not forced of display an option box.
    Is this possible to add the option for the customer to select YES or NO to add the insurance cost during checkout?

    Hi,
    Thank you for the plugin.

    Currently the plugin adds 1% more on top of the shipping fee but if I were to add 1% on top of the cart value instead, may I know how can I do that?

    I would appreciate which line of code I need to amend and I can amend the codes myself.
