    Hello,

We like a lot your plugin, but are having problems making it work as expected. Right now, when you visit our website, you can see that the cookies are being stored in the browser before giving any consent throught the banner. Also, when you try to adjust the settings and disable the consent, it doesn’t work: the page reloads but the cookies are still there.

We understand we must paste the script that loads every cookie in the settings of the plugin for it to work properly, but we don’t know how to locate those scripts. The Google Analytics one is easy, as Google itself provide it in its dashboard, but, for instance, we are using Polylang plugin in our website and it stores one cookie in the browser, but we don’t know where to find the script to paste. Could you help us or give us a hint?

Also, he have set the script for GA in the plugin but its cookies are still stored before consent (and they don’t go when you try to revoke the consent). What are we doing wrong?

Thank you for your time, we’d like our website to be compliant with the GDPR but it’s a bit technical for us and it’s being more difficult than we thought.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi @nomadasmktg,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

You have to remove the GA and other scripts from the source code, added by your theme or plugins, and move them to the GDPR plugin. If you can’t remove the scripts from your theme yourself, please ask your developer for more help.

You can read more about plugin setup in the ‘Help‘ section.

    I hope this helps.
