missing argument & fatal error – mailchimp extention

    Hey,
    After installing and configuring Contact Form 7 MailChimp Extension, I just get spinning arrows below the submit button, and the following errors in my logs.

    I’m not using tables or tabs in this form, and I have no filters in functions.php
