Customizing Theme

Hello.

As displayed on the preview of this theme, I’d like my posts to have the say grid format. But I can’t seem to be able to get my posts to display the same way. Could you tell me how to achieve this.
Also, in the post page, I’d like the post tittle to come before the featured image. How do I do this?
