    WooCommerce provides a popular plugin which calculates sales tax and shipping taxes automatically: https://woocommerce.com/products/tax/

    If Dokan is installed, will this plugin calculate taxes based on vendor location or admin location?

    I am sorry to say, Dokan uses the tax from the default tax settings of WooCommerce, and within Dokan, only tax class is added in the product to calculate tax. The mentioned plugin will not work within Dokan by default, because it is a separate plugin.

    In order to use this plugin within Dokan, you need to add proper custom code to integrate this plugin with Dokan.
