The plugin stopped working

    Hi guys, this plugin was working before but it just suddenly stopped working and says “400 Bad Request
    ScrapeAZon could not connect to Amazon or was otherwise unable to retrieve data from Amazon. Please check your Internet connectivity, your ScrapeAZon settings, your country code, and your shortcode configuration.”

    We already checked our country code and it’s all good. You think it might be because the plugin is not updated that’s why it doesn’t work with the newest WordPress version?

    Can you help us with this?

    Hello, leslieannetd.

    The plugin still works, although I have neglected to update the “tested with” value in the repository.

    A 400 Bad Request error is an error from the Amazon Product Advertising API, not the plugin. Since you’ve verified your country code, you might ensure that your credentials are still active with the Amazon associate program. Amazon will disable your associate account if it has not resulted in a sale over a given period of time.

    Yes, you should be able to go to your Associate Program dashboard and click “Manage Your Tracking IDs” to determine whether your account has been deactivated.
