Hi Guys, Since the latest update to BackupBuddy, v8.3.6.1 when it comes to zip the files in the backup process it fails with an error #4001, but after going to advanced settings and under the zip option, and selecting the Alternative zip system (BETA), it works, anyone know why this works, it’s not my PHP memory limits that causes the fail, they are fine, it’s definitely since the latest update of BackupBuddy?

I have different servers a shared server and 2 separate managed servers and the same happens across all servers, i have rolled back the version of BackupBuddy and the original backup method works fine?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, ps, i’m not very technical o nice and simple please, lol… ??
