We started using this plugin. But we have thousands of products without a weight. Is there a way to define a rules that matches these product?

The plugin acts on per-order basis, i.e. you create rules to match entire order weight, subtotal and destination. Items having no weight set are considered being zero weight.

I have a set of rules, with one rule covering 0 weight, but it show me that no shipping method was found. if I put something with a weight into the bucket, it works.

    Please make sure:

    — You have set the Order Weight condition to ‘above 0 or equal, below 0 or equal‘. The ‘below’ part can be also ‘below 0.1 (or any other value greater than zero)’ with the ‘or equal’ checkbox either checked or not, up to you.

    — The order you are testing has at least one item not marked as ‘Virtual’ in the product settings. Virtual items aren’t supposed to be shipped, so if an order contains only virtual items WooCommerce wouldn’t show shipping at all.

If that doesn’t help, please gather the following details.

    Thanks, that fixed my problem.
